On our CNC automatic lathes we manufacture complex turned parts of 6 to 160 mm with thread, milled surface or cross holed. Turned parts of 4 to 20 mm with straight forward geometry are manufactured with conventional single spindle lathes.
Modern DMG machining centers are available for the manufacture of milled parts for small and medium size components up to 1800/400/400 mm. Our machining centers are equipped for pendelum machining, pallet changer, tool magazines, with up to 60 different tools, and 3D touch probes. All CNC machine tools are linked into the company network. Programming is done with NX CAM Express.
Manufacturing small and medium series of turned and milled parts is the main focus of our subsidiary in Bulgaria.
